Let’s say you have a successful marketing campaign running, but you haven’t properly setup your foundation.
Your campaign is successful, you’re making money, but you’re not going to be able to reach your full revenue potential.
Some people don't mind this especially if they're making a decent amount from their marketing efforts. So what’s the problem? Well when you make more like this, you usually have to work more. You end up putting in an insane amount of hours per day just to stay on top or maintain that revenue.
Lots of money, very little time. Maybe 12-16 hour work days? What happens if you don’t fix this?
Many of you are here right now. You know it’s unhealthy. It’s both mentally and physically exhausting which you can handle for a while, but it’s not sustainable.
This is the pathway to burnout.
Alternatively, you might be running an ad campaign that barely breaks even, or is hemorrhaging money. So now you’re not making money, and you’ve got no customers and lot’s of time.
But where does this lead? Bankruptcy of your business, unless you fix it.
You can’t build a wildly profitable marketing campaign on top of a poor digital foundation. And you’re not going to be able to scale up and step back if you’re running a sub-par marketing effort, on top of poor foundation.
When you are able to align your digital foundation, marketing efforts, and mindset, then you get here.
And the only limit to your growth is your service area - actually that’s not true, because even then, you can still grow by opening new locations.
The only limits you’re going to have, are the ones you impose on yourself, by not setting things up properly.
