Why Your Digital Foundation Is Crucial To Success In Your Local Business

The Pillars Of Growth...
Your Digital Foundation isn't just about your website. There are several other key components or tools that when combined make your entire digital foundation.

Picture yourself where you currently stand in your business - we'll call it Point A. Got it?

Now picture where you want to be - Point B.

Now in order to get from Point A to Point B, we need to get a few things in place; your digital foundation, your marketing efforts, and your mindset in order to scale up and dominate your market.

I call these “The Pillars of Growth” for your business. Each pillar has key milestones milestones, and each of those milestones have smaller tasks. With every task and every milestone completed, you slowly move towards your "Point B", increasing your revenue and taking back time along the way.

Watch the in-depth video here instead of reading.

Now the key to moving from Point A to Point B is doing these tasks, milestones and pillars in the correct order.

In the Digital Foundation Pillar, you might have completed some of the key milestones, but if you have't thoroughly setup everything properly and you’ve moved on to the next pillar, you’re leaving money on the table and robbing yourself of time.

A Weak Foundation Will Only Support A Weak Business...
Let’s say you have a successful marketing campaign running, but you haven’t properly setup your foundation.

Your campaign is successful, you’re making money, but you’re not going to be able to reach your full revenue potential.

Some people don't mind this especially if they're making a decent amount from their marketing efforts. So what’s the problem? Well when you make more like this, you usually have to work more. You end up putting in an insane amount of hours per day just to stay on top or maintain that revenue.

Lots of money, very little time. Maybe 12-16 hour work days? What happens if you don’t fix this?

Many of you are here right now. You know it’s unhealthy. It’s both mentally and physically exhausting which you can handle for a while, but it’s not sustainable.

This is the pathway to burnout.

Alternatively, you might be running an ad campaign that barely breaks even, or is hemorrhaging money. So now you’re not making money, and you’ve got no customers and lot’s of time.

But where does this lead? Bankruptcy of your business, unless you fix it.

You can’t build a wildly profitable marketing campaign on top of a poor digital foundation. And you’re not going to be able to scale up and step back if you’re running a sub-par marketing effort, on top of poor foundation.

When you are able to align your digital foundation, marketing efforts, and mindset, then you get here.

And the only limit to your growth is your service area - actually that’s not true, because even then, you can still grow by opening new locations.

The only limits you’re going to have, are the ones you impose on yourself, by not setting things up properly.
